Let’s say you’re a world-class runner and you’re looking for a new pair of sneakers, for example. That’s why you need a first-hand customer account to back it up. It’s more than just another sales page with facts and figures.Īnyone can make any sort of claim they want to about their own product. They draw them in, allowing them to feel like they’re a part of the action.Ī case study focuses on the customer’s perspective.
